Processing Orders

It may take up to 1-3 business days to receive your tracking number and a confirmation of shipment. All customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping and billing information when checking out.

If incorrect information is provided, customers have a maximum of 1 days to contact us at help@ginkhulu.com , or DM us on instagram @ginkhulujewelry with your order numbers. 

 

Shipping

Once you placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email within  12 hours. Orders can take 1-3 business days to be shipped, depending on the volume of orders received. The average shipping time is about 5-10 days. The delivery time is provided as a guideline and does not account for local disruptions such as extreme weather conditions or delays within the shipping providers themselves.
