Return & Refund Policy

At Ginkhulu Jewelry, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:

We hope you love your new jewelry, but if not, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs (we recommend using a trackable service).
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to start a return:
Email us at help@ginkhulu.com with your order number and reason for return — we’ll guide you through the process.

We offer refunds for damaged or defective items reported within 30 days of receiving your package.

To request a refund:

Email help@ginkhulu.com with your order number, a brief description of the damage, and photos for faster processing.

Processing:

We aim to respond to all return and refund requests within 72 hours.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for it to appear in your account.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
We recommend using secure, trackable shipping for all returns.
