At Ginkhulu Jewelry, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:


Returns

We hope you love your new jewelry, but if not, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs (we recommend using a trackable service).

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to start a return:
Email us at help@ginkhulu.com with your order number and reason for return — we’ll guide you through the process.


Refunds

We offer refunds for damaged or defective items reported within 30 days of receiving your package.

To request a refund:

  • Email help@ginkhulu.com with your order number, a brief description of the damage, and photos for faster processing.

Processing:

  • We aim to respond to all return and refund requests within 72 hours.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for it to appear in your account.
